That’s why we’ve built a global payments network designed specifically to innovate cutting-edge, end-to-end payment solutions that bring financial empowerment to people everywhere. Rêv’s processing platform allows us and our partners to achieve standardization and consistency worldwide while seamlessly adapting to local currencies, customs, languages and laws.

Whether delivering mobile payment solutions in Latin America, prepaid cards in India or reload networks in Europe, Rêv meets the unique challenges of serving each country’s underserved populations with speed, relevance and integrity.

 


Who We Are

At Rêv our goal is to be the leading, most innovative, most diverse, branchless banking network and payments processor for both underserved consumers and small merchants worldwide.

We are accomplishing this by developing new payment products, turning transactions into relationships, securing distribution agreements with leading retailers across the world, further developing our infrastructure, and having a fully integrated business and operational model.

“End-to-end” means we have the infrastructure and core expertise to handle each step of the product development and management cycle for our partners. We built our platform from the ground up and retain full, in-house control and are accountable for its every operation.

From concept development to market rollouts, Rêv specializes in product development for new payment applications worldwide. Leveraging worldwide insights and expertise, we accelerate development cycles to deliver solutions that are appropriate to each market.

Product, Portfolio and Program Management

Rêv does not simply create and sell products and services. Our team is passionately devoted to the success of all programs, managing their execution to ensure our partners’ and consumers’ expectations are exceeded every day. We can manage single programs or an entire portfolio of payment solutions for our partners.

Brand Development & Marketing

Rêv uses its expertise in underserved markets to develop branding and marketing initiatives that attractively position products and services to underserved consumers. We can offer either consultation or full campaign development services to our partners, utilizing our expertise in branding, advertising, and niche marketing.

Customer Relationship Management

Rêv’s customer relationship management (CRM) systems help us, and our partners, have an intimate knowledge of our customers’ needs, wants and buying patterns. We use this information to accurately tailor our products and services to meet their anticipated needs while still respecting the privacy and trust we have with each end user.

Risk Management

Rêv’s customer verification infrastructure uses unique methods to ensure our customers employ a truthful identity when conducting transactions.

Rêv also has years of experience in under-banked risk management. We’ve created a proprietary scoring system that is specifically aimed at this audience to assist all parties involved in maintaining a proportionate view of risk while continuing to extend financial services to underserved populations.

Customer Service

Rêv believes that impeccable customer service is critical to ensuring consumers successfully adopt new payment methods and feel secure in their transactions. We count on a dedicated, worldwide team of experts and an in-house call center to support our key programs.

Account Acquisition and Retention

The world’s underserved markets represent a vast growth opportunity for our partners but can be challenging to access through existing channels. Rêv leverages its best practices to provide partners with key cultural and business insight into new markets. Our suite of payment products and passion for delivering customer satisfaction and financial empowerment help our partners develop lasting customer relationships as they extend their reach.

Point-of-Sale Integration

Rêv is the world’s first company to integrate mobile and point-of-sale capabilities in one comprehensive payment platform. We can also partner with POS platforms to seamlessly integrate interfaces for reload networks and other products and services.

Rev has made a five-year commitment to the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) to deliver accessible, affordable and empowering financial services to at least 5 million consumers worldwide who do not currently have adequate access to financial products and services that meet their needs.
